I have been involved with the commercial roofing industry for 24 years. In 2019, I left my previous roofing occupation to start Vodika Roofing, wholeheartedly believing that we could improve upon the existing industry standard. I was convinced that we could establish a company built around individuals who possessed a desire to achieve something special in the roofing industry.
With the complete support of my wife and faith that God would bless our efforts, I started Vodika Roofing. I dedicated months to planning and strategizing our company identity and how we wanted to represent ourselves in the commercial roofing industry.
On January 28th, Vodika Roofing will celebrate our 5th year in business. I am humbled by how fortunate we have been and astounded by how quickly the time has passed. Vodika Roofing is a service business, not a sales business. We believe that if we work hard, honor Christ, and treat customers as we would like to be treated, we will distinguish ourselves. We believe that trust is the foundation of our company and that earning trust is our single most important core value. My favorite aspect of the business is interacting with the Vodika Roofing team daily. I value the choice our employees make to work with me, and I am humbled by their sacrifice of time and effort. It is an honor to understand their various gifts and talents and determine where they best fit within our company.
