Our Inspections key in on over 100 major performance factors of your building, including:
- Internal Assessment: Moisture Content, Internal Content Value, Decking and staining, structural decking assessment for safety, drainage components in good working order.
- Exterior Wall Envelope Assessment: Conditions, Moisture Concerns, Flashing Quality, External Drainage Assessment
- Roof Component Conditions: Sealants and Caulking usually do not have the same life expectations as commercial roofing membranes, and need to be inspected and maintained regularly.
- Roof Access Safety Assessment: Can servicemen and technicians safely access this roof without slips, trips or danger hazards?
- Slope and Drainage: Is the roof draining as it was designed to? Or, have debris and leaves caused a potentially catastrophic collapse concern?
- Roof Membrane System: Is the membrane performing as it should, or should we start to develop a timeline and budget for the project?
- Edge Metals, Fascias and Trims: A poorly installed edge metal can easily leak. If improperly secured, it can also detach from the building, causing major damage and safety issues.
